Guid­ing you through con­tem­pla­tive and dynam­ic meth­ods this work­shop is all about a con­nect­ing you to your own wis­dom, joy and pur­pose, which is in there, no mat­ter how far away from it you may feel.

 

“Spilt Milk Yoga – A Guided Self-Inquiry to Finding Your Own Wisdom, Joy, and Purpose Through Motherhood” is not about yoga poses or parenting, it is a companion to the inner work do as mothers growing ourselves while we grow our children. This workshop offers insight into your own behaviour and embraces motherhood as a path to life’s richest and most profound lessons on love acceptance and joy.

This workshop offers insight into your own behaviour and embraces motherhood as a path to life’s richest and most profound lessons on love, acceptance, and joy. Includes a 1hr follow-up 1:1 Companion Coaching Session by Skype, and a copy of Spilt Milk Yoga – A Guided Self-Inquiry to Finding Your Own Wisdom, Joy, and Purpose Through Motherhood.

This guided self-inquiry workshop brings moth­ers together in a safe envi­ron­ment to reflect­, share and engage with the inner work of moth­er­ing. Using con­tem­pla­tive and dynam­ic inter­ac­tive meth­ods Cathryn will guide you toward under­standing more about why you do what you do, and how you can cultivate your own wis­dom, joy and pur­pose in situations relevant to the real­i­ty of your own fam­i­ly life. Expect to come away feel­ing empow­ered, pur­pose­ful, connected to your community, with fresh insight into the value of your life as a mother.
